Jack Neal from Tamworth NSW , was a brilliant engineer who designed and built many things in his lifetime.
He holds the distinction of being the only person in Australia to completely build an aeroplane
(Bi-winged) and have it passed by the Government. ( in that era )
He designed and built the Neal Jaguar Special, he raced a 4C Maserati and a Monza Ferrari 750S.
He died at the young age of 62 in 1978. His daughter Julie has been kind enough to share some of his history with us on Aussie Road Racing...thank you Julie and to your Mum, Mrs Neal.
